Refund policy

At Bottle and Brush, every piece is hand-painted with care and attention to detail. Because each item is customised, we want to be transparent about our refund and returns policy so you know exactly what to expect.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, refunds or returns are generally not available for change of mind. However, we will happily review your case if:

  • Damage occurs in return transit: If your painted bottle arrives back to you damaged due to our packaging or handling.
  • An error in the design: If the artwork does not match the agreed brief provided at the time of ordering.

Sending Bottles to Us

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and posting bottles to Bottle and Brush.
  • We cannot accept liability for bottles that are lost or damaged on their way to us. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

Our Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving your painted bottle if you believe there is an issue.
  2. Assessment: We may request photographs or additional details to assess the situation.
  3. Resolution: If your return or refund is approved, we will offer either a repaint or a refund of the service fee. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before painting has begun for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
