2. Orders & Payment
- Orders can be placed online or via direct communication with us.
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
- Once an order is confirmed and work has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds for change of mind are not available once painting has started.
- Cancellations are accepted only before painting begins for a full refund of the service fee.
- Refunds or rework may be provided in cases of:
- Damage caused during return shipping by Bottle and Brush
- Errors where the painted design does not match the agreed brief

4. Shipping
- Customers are responsible for safely packaging and posting bottles to us. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.
- Completed bottles are returned via tracked shipping. Responsibility passes to the delivery service once dispatched. Customers may request additional insurance at their own cost.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs created by Bottle and Brush are our intellectual property.
- Customers may use the purchased item for personal use or gifting. Commercial reproduction or copying of designs is prohibited without written permission.
6. Privacy
Bottle and Brush collects only the personal information necessary to process your orders and provide our services. This includes:

- Payment details: transaction and billing information
