(No such thing as a silly question)
Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't received an email to tell me where to send my bottle?
Have a look in your junk folder, it may have ended up there (how rude) - if not, drop us a message and we can provide you with the details.
I need my item for a specific date, do you do fast-track orders?
Depending on how busy we are, we will always do our absolute best to help! Please use the chat box or use the contact me page to get in touch.
Why can I not buy the bottle directly from you?
Sadly, we're all about the hand-painting here. Those alcohol licenses? They're expensive - maybe in the future!
Can I put my bottle in the fridge or ice bucket?
The ice bucket could be pushing it, but definitely pop it in the fridge. Just be sure it's upright and not touching anything else.
Is the paint durable? Will it scratch?
We use premium acrylic paint that cures in 24 hours. All bottles are sealed for extra strength with a spray. But of course, take extra care where you can!
Are your glasses dishwasher friendly?
Yes! We bake our glassware to fully cure the paint. But they are delicate - so a gentle hand wash will keep them looking top notch.
I would like something other than a bottle or glass painted - do you paint on other items?
Definitely, we can paint on most things depending on the material. Reach out to us and we'll figure out how we can help! Open to any creative suggestions.
How do you send the item to me? I'm worried it will smash!
All of our bottles are shipped securely with Royal Mail and carefully packaged in protective inflatable bottle bags. For extra peace of mind, every order is fully insured—so if the unexpected happens, you’re completely covered.
(Though, so far, we’ve had a perfect record—touch wood!)
How do I place a larger order? Do you offer discounts?
For bigger orders, reach out to us. We offer discounts for bulk purchases and events, and we're happy to come up something unique if you've got a great idea. Just drop us a message us using our contact form, and we'll do our best to help!
